1. Kids Discover’s latest interactive app (pictured) helps introduce Ancient Egypt to students 7-12 through interactive features, such as video, virtual tours, and assessments. $3.99 for iPad.
2. With the release of version 8.1 of its Vision and Vision Pro classroom management software, Netop now allows teachers to share their screens from a PC to student tablets via the Vision Student app. Free for iPad (with subscription).
3. Ericom Software’s latest update to its AccessToGo remote desktop protocol client features a redone app that makes it easier for users to navigate desktops on mobile devices. Free for iPhone and iPad.
4. Hearland School Solutions, which offers mySchoolBucks, now offers an app to let users access student meal accounts, tuition, sporting event, and other school-related payments. Free for iPhone and iPad (with subscription).
